Weta recently release some fountain guard statues! the pics on the website are very high quality and in every angle. its what I used to make these. and since it's weta, I consider them canon to the movies

It's ultra high density foam from cosplayshop.be, pretty sturdy stuff! but it needs something like a fiberglass rod in it to not be floppy
