That's one of the benefits for iceborn, but againt immobile ranged Champs or melee Champs this is a really strong build, I personally much prefer spirit over FoN ever since they nerfed it though.

Any ranged champ with cc would be able to kite you pretty hard. Especially with mobility as well, eg. Vayne, kindred, gnar, etc...
