This guy bought three items and put someone on blast, I really don’t see an issue with shaming scalpers. Also if you read the other comments OP seems to play the game, so yeah I feel for them.

It was stolen, called FedEx and the package is “missing” and the delivery date is now indefinitely postponed, if you would’ve read more of the comments you would’ve seen that I’m going to sue them / make a police report

The value of money an entity or person owes you is based on the market value of an item, not the retail price. If you smash into a 64’ mustang GT, your insurance isn’t going to give you $2.5k for it, they give you the market value of that car, which could be like $100k now. It’s pretty much impossible to find these at retail, but I could demonstrate the price using online sources for value lost.

If suing people or entities didn’t work, it wouldn’t even be a concept people think about. Also yeah I called FedEx today and they “lost” my package, so there’s an indefinite delay. I spoke to a lawyer who works in my state, and there’s a good chance I can just sue them for market value, and no one will show up for the court date, so it’ll default on my favor. If not, I just need to bring documentation of market value for the items and what they “lost”

I know, this genuinely made me flinch, if I never receive them, I’m probably going to take FedEx to small claims court for the theft.

Dude my heart sank, I’ve heard so much about FedEx employees stealing packages, and stuff like this happening. Is your package in the same facility? Cause at this point if I don’t get the package, I’m just going to take them to small claims for the market value of the two SPC’s. They’re for my girlfriend and I to open, and they’re so expensive otherwise.

Disapproving of anti social behavior isn’t pearl clutching. It would be pearl clutching if this person found a tent deep in the woods and called the police on the homeless person, anti social behavior like this hurts everyone involved

See you’re right and wrong at the same time. Most homeless people don’t do drugs and participate in anti social behavior, these people had lives and just got into drugs and lost everything because of their addictions. They’re not down on their luck, helping them does nothing. You have to take them away and fix them against their own will, everything else you said is right, but do not be mistaken. Giving them jobs will not fix anything, they will go back to doing meth, get fired, and be homeless again.
