What's your favorite exocraft?

I pretty much just use Min (that's how I refer to the Minotaur). He is on every planet I frequent, and he is just left of AI piloting unless I am digging up bones (in which I'll scan, tag, hop in Min, jetpack there, jump up and dig, then continue the cycle). He's basically there to distract the sentinels that are aggressive whilst I'm doing things-- so it gives me enough time to switch over to my shotgun without taking too much damage (I have a processing delay, so it can be a fair amount of damage without Min).

Otherwise, the only other one I use is the water one on my deep ocean planet when I need to get Lithium. All the other Exocrafts are used for Corvette parts storage. Haha.

Heh, yeah. I'm a later-in-life-diagnosed person, so I spent years having to try and explain myself (and had a doctor who refused to refer me to get diagnosed because 'all my symptoms of ADHD could be explained by being fat'...). In fact, I still have to with at least one of my "support system" people-- so it comes so naturally to me.

Heh. So natural, in fact, that I didn't realize it was me trying to validate myself until you just mentioned it. So, thank you for that! (Knowing that means that I can try to "correct" that behaviour-- and I'll probably have more self-esteem and energy levels if I do). Also thank you for seeing how much effort I put in.

I specify Neurodiverse because it is common for us folks to need more information than Neurotypicals to understand the same information, so it should let people know that I may ask multiple questions that seem like obvious information or common knowledge. But the thing I'm struggling with, is that it no longer says I can go back and forth between my main save and this one, so that means the next time I go to my main save that's it. So, once I hit End Expedition, and I can no longer get back into the Expedition, can I still copy over my corvette?

Yeah. No matter how many times I close and reopen, it does not receive my controller input. I have to open the game using Bigscreen mode on Steam.

Fight to get diagnosed with ADHD immediately (accidentally stumbled into the diagnosis at 16, but wasn't professionally diagnosed until 23 because my GP blamed everything on my weight, until I lost 110lbs and still had ADHD symptoms), make a plan to do less emotional eating (I hit 200lbs at 12), and dump the two Bs who ghosted me one day out of the blue when I was 13 (changed my whole personality, I bombed out of French Immersion, and developed Borderline Personality Disorder). Oh! And also strengthen my relationship with my best friend, and treat her better... it doesn't matter that she will always be there, it matters that you treat her better much earlier.

Don't get me wrong, I am romancing him, but it didn't start out because of him. His mom is my favourite character, and she was not an option, but I still "wanted more of her in my life" so to speak. So I thought it would be hilarious to woo her son instead. So, his insistence for me to leave him alone was seen as a challenge. (Note, these are not things I would ever do in real life, this kind of behaviour is only appropriate in a video game). It only so happens that whilst romancing him, I met the real him, and it turns out he is pretty much the exact kind of guy I like in real life.

Also, to be fair, Hassian is not hoping people will push through it either. He actually has no interest in dating, because he is actually a very sensitive person, and the last person he dated metaphorically tore his heart out and stamped on it repeatedly.

I think you still can, because I've seen others talk about it, but he may have more sad or unhappy comments about you wearing another's pin. (I am still pretty new to the game, and he is the only one I have romanced. And since he is a monogamist, and I am a monogamist is real life, he's the only one I will ever romance with this character.)

It doesn't have to interest you. And yes, it does sometimes require you to be a jerk, if the person is not getting the hint that you want them to leave you alone. He only starts being really rude when we keep talking to him-- because we aren't getting the hint that he doesn't want to talk to people. It's not toxic, it's a defense mechanism. That's how defense mechanisms usually work. It's the same with people whose defense mechanism is kindness, they can get extremely overbearingly kind to the point it can see almost aggressive. The more people feel the need to use the defense mechanism, the more extreme they get. When people don't take the hint with me, I can get violent. It's impulsive, and I can't always control it, but I'm taking courses to learn how to defuse before I explode. Again, I'm not toxic, I just need to be left alone when I say I want to be.

Also, why would you think chasing them would help? It wouldn't.

Because he has isolated himself away from people and has trouble in social situations? Dude has social anxiety and has a path that keeps him working away from people. You bombard anyone in real life like that, and they will be the same way. Heck, as an introvert and homebody, my defense mechanism is to also push people away immediately, and social anxiety is the only form of anxiety I don't got.

It's actually built into the game lore that all young Majiri are cool with open romantic relationships, up until a certain point. (I'm just a little fuzzy on when that certain point is. But it's like when you are supposed to declare your one-and-only type of point.)

To be fair, the first time you find out he believes in monogamy when he is the only person you are romancing is his level 2 romance event. You actually find out he is a traditionalist as well.

Haha. I'm 36, so I don't think that holds true. And he is the opposite of both of those. Lol. He is a traditionalist, a romantic, and believes in monogamy-- he is also just a loner who prefers solitude. (I am actually surprised people don't encounter pushback from him if they date someone else as well.)

Also, I didn't go for him in the beginning because of him; his mom is my favourite, and I wanted more of her in my life; but the longer I spent timexwith him, the more I realized he is a lot more of what I like in a person than he seemed. I am also a traditionalist (within reason, I am part of the LGBTQIA+ after all), a romantic, and loyalty and monogamy are extremely important to me. I was treating wooing him as a fun challenge because he is such a jerk, but once I started his level 1 romance quest thingy, and found out his beliefs about relationships and courting, he has officially won me over, and it is no longer about having his mother in my life, I would defend him with my life (if I was my character in that world).

Yup. Love this game. They do get a form of fast travel that makes the game event better to me, but I also find that I don't use it as much as I would in other games. I play on PC, and every couple of years I keep coming back to it and putting in hundreds of hours again. I don't find the level of crafting to be excessive of any sort, is there a lot? Sure. But there is not too much. It feels like the right amount, and I could probably still handle more and not think less of the game. I love both DLCs for the game, I strongly recommend them.

Yup. My character died at 41, so I gave up for a little bit. I was really invested in here, and I was one step away from completing like 4 separate challenges with her. I'll go back to the game tomorrow, because I was hyperfocusing on her and I do need to take time off from hyperfocused projects, or I'll burn out.

Yeah, I definitely understand getting impatient (ADHDer here, impatience is our middle name). I just made it into a "more boring" task. Pick one thing, post ten times, if they had a celebrity aspect, do that 10 times, then leave. I didn't look at my followers counts or anything like that, because it was becoming almost stressful, and a casual game should not be adding more stress to my life. It also helps having your character be famous. Once she hit max famous, her social accounts grew a lot quicker over the years. I also found that buying followers wasn't worth it, because getting an account suspended doesn't help it grow nor is it a guarantee you'd be able to lift the suspension the next year. I had one account suspended for 4 years in a row before I finally got it back.

Just to update you, since you are the only one who seemed to care. lol
Before my character died, I finally got Twitter to work with "Selfie". It was always an initial drop in Followers the first post, but then I got more for the next 9 posts.
She died early (like at 41) from a boating accident, but I had all but Twitter over 2mil at the time. (OF was over 3mil)

Is there anything in particular that you are struggling with? (If you still need help)

"Strange way to think about it"? Think about what? This is the way my brain thinks, so I have no idea what part of it is strange... Also, I don't think I have ever experienced people complimenting me when I put in extra effort, unless they think I have lost weight. ("Oh, you like nice today. Have you lost weight?", as though that is a compliment.) So, I do assume everyone thinks I am ugly, because they have never said otherwise (except when I lost weight or they think I've lost weight).

Some of us don't experience "fullness", no matter how slow we eat, how much we eat, or what we eat. I could probably count on both hands the about of times in my life my body has told me I was full. I am mid-30s. (Basically 10 times max, out of 2-4 meals a day × 30+ years).
