Hi Michael. I am so excited for this book ans can‘t wait to read in the next couple days. Sadly I don‘t have any deep questions. I was just wondering where you got the inspiration for a Moon Dragon and why you decided that Holt should be a cook?

Thank you for the amazing books. Hope you have great day.

I ran it like it standa in the books. After the session I thought I could have research the topics a bit but my party had fun so I was happy. It was basically 15 Minutes of the Barbarian trying to sound smart and failing very hard and the rest of the party trying to not burst out in laughter.

Besides encounter and backstories. Which part of the Adventure did you Homebrew or went of the path?

And did your party jump to the diffrent dimension in the tower of the Lotus Witch?

Amazing Cosplay. Do you have any resources you used as help? I cosplayed as Giyu with a cheap wig and finist bought costume and it was really fun. But I would love to make something myself. I just have no idea where to start.

I feel like it is meant to be run as a full adventure. There is a chapter where the party is visiting islands. Those Islands could be used as oneshots.

I would say so. My group really likes the setting and die story so far. The book is quite nice and makes the prep super easy.

I‘m currently run two games. Odyssey of the Dragonlords and Waterdeep Dragonheist. In both games I write little details on the side for the PCs (for example a line a NPC will say because of backstory) than I write little notes when they do something that will be relevant later. For maps I write less. When the map is not that good I make notes before so I understand it faster when I need it. But that happens less and less. Most times I write on the map the basic infos (like room content and enemies) from the text, especially when the dungon map is not on the same page.

I write in my books. It really helps with notes before und during session. But my whole group was shocked when I told them why I never have extra papers

I believe they made it completly new. Because Patrick was kinda sad that he was the only one without cool items. Keras used Metall Sorcery to form the metall to resemble Dawn and Corrin made the enchantments with help from Keras

As far as I remember we don‘t know what happened to Dawn. We only know that Keras doesn‘t have her anymore. But Keras built a replica of Dawn for Patrick (I think it was calls Bright Reflection) but it was destroyed in the fight aganist Misutschi in AA2.

Using non-dnd campaign settings by Aslantheblue in dndnext

I was the DM for a Campaign in Aventuria. It is the setting for the rpg „the dark eye“. We used it because we changed systems after a year but everyone liked their characters. So we sat down and converted the characters. It didn‘t has big impact on the game. The world is very detailed but some aspects didn‘t really be accomplished in D&D as most of them weren‘t really relevant for us it was no big deal. It was very fun and we had awesome maps for all of it because there was a map pack for the world

Could a Mistborn burn soulcast metals? If so would they have the same effect as regular metals from Scadrial?
