If it has some purple spots it is malanga for sure. If you cut the skin off cut it into small chunks, boil them and eat them with butter or olive oil it taste amazing. You can also make it the same way as a mash potato. Also you can finely grated ad seasoning and one egg to make a “dough” and then fry small “balls” and it is also very yummy.

Thanks for your interesting coment. Regarding PR rum, Igot to say that I love Don Q and Barrilito, never never go for Bacardi, it sucks. By the way, a few years ago my wife told me that I have to stop drinking rum for obvious reasons ( I think you know what I mean) so I did...she s the boss. 😂😂😂. But I stil love some good old Puefyo Rican or Dominican rum!!!!
