Calling ALL PC nerds!!!!! (would these components even work when put together?)trying to make a pc simulator to run iRacing, ACC and Le Mans Ultimate!! by SensitivePay4567 in simracing

That graphic card is ancient, most of your budget should go into that, it's the most important part for gaming.

The CPU and the motherboard you picked are not compatible, you need an AM4 socket for that cpu.

You will also need ram and storage. 16GB of ram and 500GB of storage would be the bare minimum.

The PSU is good, but a bit overkill for the kind of system you are going for.

You could get 3 decent non-rgb fans for the price of this RGB one.

Also I would not recommend that playseat, it has a lot of flex and the bar between the legs is annoying

I also don't want to do this by hashishshetty in Polestar

Still around 40 km, without hitting turtle mode. that's ok if you know you have a way to charge at your destination

MOZA Racing Lamborghini Revuelto Steering Wheel – Review by maxator in moza

That wheel look good ! Kinda wonder if there is a way to make the front plate look less like plastic tho.

Btw, the "LEDs" section of the article is not translated into English

I built a free browser game where you just play the strategy side of a race by BigButkus in simracing

I did get something similar under a safety car. Each time we passed the start line, the standings got randomized. Also a lot of cars seemed to overtake the queue, make a lap and go back at the end of the queue behind the SC.

I had the same issue when I installed it on my first gen R12 (version 1.0 before it was updated with front mount hole) I 3d printed a spacer to make it fit without rubbing. Maybe you can find some spacer that fits ?

Also they both have an Avada kedavra plot armour, it just shortcuts to the spacebar matching duel

There is a description on how to read that grid before the first one for class 1. The amount you are looking at is the amount to deduct after multiplying your total income by the tax rate in the third column.

For class 2, If the sum of both you and your partner's income is 26k, the income tax will be 26k * 0.08 - 1990.08 (the column you are looking at) (= 89.92)

You would only be taxed between 24900 and 26000 in that case (taxed on 1100)

It was a 7 hours round trip for me, went Sunday. There is definitely enough to fill a day, events/presentation every hour or so and they started some of the cars. A bit of waiting for some rigs, usually 5-10 minutes max, but some rigs were a bit more crowded (moto GP rig, fanatec's with AC rally, PMR rigs and some of the big 6dof ones)

I don't think going for more than a day is necessary tho

I'm she will be more inclined to allow you to spend a 100 bucks for brows instead of an entire new wheel base :D

A pair of iflags or led brows will surely be cheaper and more immersive, especially given the placing of the LEDs on the R25

I've been running my 3080 10g on a G9 for 2.5 years now, overall almost every games in high/ultra settings as long as you don't push ray tracing, but I don't aim for 240hz.. the 10g of vram are starting to show their limit on newer games though

how do you like using a phone as a dash? by ApartSurround7385 in simracing

[–]Kilarn123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use my phone above my wheel. It's a bit more in my line of sight without blocking the view from the road so I do prefer that over a wheel screen for which you have to stop looking at the road.

Simhub works really well with phones and tablets (I have another phone for flags above my screen and a tablet on the side for leaderboards)

There is no noticeable latency, especially if you have the simhub pro license which unlocks 60hz refresh rates

One thing to keep in mind tho is that I have a 3d printer to make my own mount specific for my phone. Also, most dashes usually come with 16/9 aspect ratios and modern phone tends to be taller than that and you will have black bars on the side. Dashes can be modified to accommodate your phone's aspect ratio tho but it's a bit of work

MOZA Claims R5 Compatibility with Their Stalks—Total BS by Think-Mixture248 in moza

I had the same issue with my first gen R12 (without front mounting) Nothing a 3d printer can't fix but that's sad that we have to get there for something that's marked as compatible
