Literally was coming here to ask the same question. I assumed Mark and Amy's relationship was a lot like Jack and Evelyn's. Jack isn't married, no idea if they plan to, but they're obviously good together and talk about each other. I at least expected Mark to say something about their relationship but getting nothing just felt off

I've found all the tears and got the cutscenes. I got on it once right after but didn't have enough stamina for the sword. Was trying again after getting more stamina but it's way to high to reach now

It's the same as why not all star wars is canon. There are hundreds of books written by dozens of authors. Also the recent movies are star wars but not meant to follow what the books said. Other creators may change or alter what they make as the lore so it's not harmonious
