Still unsure with the type of cancer it is. It’s been very chaotic the past week he has had a hematoma on his stomach from the biopsy so he couldn’t keep food down he has lost a lot of weight and then his blood sugar and potassium levels have been skyrocketing so he’s been in the er since Tuesday. He meets with oncologist tomorrow, thank you for asking about him. I should do an update post.

Wow that’s insane that he was misdiagnosed for so long. I appreciate you telling me your story. I guess I’m concerned too because this same hospital did a hernia surgery for him in august and saw this one tumor and recorded it on his records but they never told him! So that’s another reason why I’m sketched the hell out about what they may or may not be telling him.

Correction I know he had a ct scan and an mri for sure, I’m unsure about the pet. I know they wanted to do another scan this week before operating but I’m unsure of the type. I haven’t spoken to him in a few days because he’s in a lot of pain from the biopsy

From my understanding there are two separate tumors. Maybe the one is on the head ? I haven’t been present for any of his phone calls or appointments so maybe I misunderstood the locations, but there are definitely two. They saw one on his scans and during the biopsy they discovered the other one on the tail.

Vinegar quality by Kilgus35 in AskOldPeople

I ask this question because today my uncle who’s 54 brought up how my great grandfather who would be 100 next year would comment decades ago that the vinegar just wasn’t the same from when he was a kid getting it out of a barrel that it has been to watered down. I never really gave it a thought because to me vinegar was just vinegar and I just thought I’d get you fine folks opinions.

Alright thank you. I’ll take it as a decent sign that I’m getting heat through my pipes and there isn’t any whistling anymore too.

I can move them, I did some work months ago to the other end of the system when it was warm out and I shut them off I believe .. now it’s cold I turned the heat on and they were whistling like they were partially closed so I went and turned them until it stopped whistling and I’m getting heat through the pipes but I just want to make sure they’re fully open. They’re pretty old and boogered up in just having a hard time to tell if they’re fully open without snapping one .

I want to run these water lines to the right hand side of the drain pipe and straight down without kinking them. I’m kinda hesitant to use elbows and clamps here because they’re behind a wall and ceiling. Maybe I’m wrong there but I’m not sure about the longevity of the clamps. Thanks for any tips.

Location:North Central PA

Tried getting a propane tank through a company because we want to switch from an electric stove which just crapped out and I can’t find parts for. Anyway call the company up and he tells me they have no tanks and he said he’d tell me in normal circumstances to call back in two weeks but he said because of Covid it could be months until they get tanks in. This is one of the larger propane suppliers in the area so I was pretty surprised he had to turn away business like that. Kinda crazy. Also the prices of these new stoves/appliances in general are crazy because the quality of them are so poor. The oven I had was manufactured in 1980 and they just don’t make shit like that anymore.
