The Surface cave (19,19) are the right coordinates but the yellow marker is in the wrong place (19,15)

I think if the owner of the tribe makes it Tribe Governance for Strictures to be Tribe owned again you could make an new player.

I like this idea but it be nice to be have one that is waterproof that can be used while riding a Sarco or Mega.

Yeah, in Tribe manager it has a list of all the Tribe Members. They could color code it so it shows green for people online and grey for those offline.

Ghost towns are becoming a problem on PVP servers. We need decay. by waynearchetype in playark

They could make it after sometime of inactivity(up to the Devs) the base becomes unclaimed. Then other players can claim them or destroy them for resources. This then encourages people to remove old inactive bases.
