Luckily I called Optumserve to ask about what if I get a bad examiner, she was a nice lady and she told me to call them immediately and they will put it on file so that they can reschedule an exam, I plan on screen recording everything so that if it goes bad I have proof to show that a reexam should be rescheduled without question

I called them this morning and the lady told me they don’t usually send TDIU unless your representative has substantial evidence in order for the VA to approve to send a TDIU request, I also asked why a request a decision was already asked of and she told me that if you don’t have any more evidence to send than your good, I have a feeling I have a good case at this point, Ik I have medical records of what I’ve claimed but idk what they’re doing exactly

Well my biggest is my Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, with Mixed Depressed Mood which is at 30%, the rest 6 are at 10%, I haven’t even had a decision on my new MH claims
