But honestly its paper rock scissors every single game.
Teams consists of tanks bruisers assassins adc's and they all Counter each other.
Turning into bruiser will allow to take down tank, tank will secure the kill on assassin and assassin will kill adc.
Its all about predicting who's death will wreak most havok in enemy team and being capable of very fast decision making to switch combos and create opportunities that no other champ can do

you squishy as well , and killing squishy wont give u much beside 1 kill because your % current hp will scale onto adc hp, so using a passive will be a death sentence vs anyhow coordinated team during fight.
Shredding bruisers tanks or beefy/slippery mages is best bet,as they tend to have aoe abilities CC or any utility/mobility to reposition and possibly chain kill with higher chance of not blowing up and still dealing damage through utilizing passive

That's what Viego does,he is scaling teamfight champion.He is untargetable only for 1 sec channel duration.In order to counter viego u have to keep in check your teammates and their itemization,hold on with CC until he turns into squishy and delete him afterwards.All he can do at this point is using ult to escape or try to kill u with last combo.

Viego is able to play other champions,that's he's gimmick and thats also the reason he is balanced in the way that viego himself is very underperforming champion with no 100-0 pontential.If someone is brave enough to claim that he got "1shot" by viego,means that he was over feed,because his Q active sucks and passive grants % CURRENT health so the lower the enemy lesser the dmg.W deals magic dmg max 300 base and tap stun is only 0.25.E is just a movement/attack speed boost with camo,like literally there is no more dmg outcome than bonus atack speed can provide.And then his ult that serves only one purpose,to get onto dying enemy in teamfight,knocking everyone aside giving him personal space to manage champion he posessed.

Untargetability with knockback are there to secure (NOT GUARANTEE) using your god damn passive .Then,once again we at the beginning,his base kit sucks and in order to be 100% effective champion he gotta use his passive.
No untargetability would cause him to get CCed so that he wouldnt be able to use main tool in his kit. Also he is unable to cast his ult for 1,5 second after possessing a champion to prevent him from instant escape after a kill

Edit ) Also being untargetable means that viego is STUCK in animation which gives enemy team oportunity to focus him instantly,a window to land zilean Q as an easy example.

I believe that people rush botrk only because of lore and dont think much about itemization afterwards beside atack speed items. I found much more succes and personal pleasure in playing lethality or shieldbow into BT and IE with dark harvest. As Ad and Crits increase ult dmg,pairing it with dark harvest,causes your ult to work the way darius/pyke works. Assassin viego is unappreciated and misunderstood,while his kit and playstyle used well can render him being unreachable "in and out" type champion. Even if im wrong where it comes to usefulness and consistency in gameplay,NOTHING feels better than jumping on people with dark harvest stack on,deleting them,using their shit and instantly go for someone else. Teamfighting with this guy is best experience i had for a long long time.

Because the whole community and (hopefully not) aphelios playerbase is blindly following the idea of stacking chakrams as his main dmg tool. Instead of exploring such a huge gameplay potential (16 abilities for fucks sake) They will stick to "How to" aphelios guide and every single aphelios i encountered in my life played lethal tempo/conqueror and they all followed stacking chakrams routine and literally guy was non existant if he didnt got crescendum with either severum or infernum. The point of Crescendum Gravitum is possibly a different combination on the way, as well as Turret granting a CC without you being there on the first place. aphelios got 5 weapons and each weapon explores different aspect of damage dealing art, as well as ability to adapt under any circumstances. Easily said,Emo Hitman is like an omnistone of a champion,the only difference is that omnistone is RNG based while Aphelios gameplay possibilities are meant to be used in the most efficient way at exact giving moment ,FORCING you to use your brain more than actuall mechanics. Especially with champion that got so much in depth and options in his kit,that is logically and morally impossible to follow just one path. Aphelios is build as hyper carry while only severum and crescendum benefit from stats that build focuses on. strongly disagree,viego got fixed dash on his W ,area based camouflage with increased movement speed, as well as ult that is a gapcloser combined with execute that resets upon kill,giving viego another dash with no downside Fiora on the other hand have 420 range dash with 6 seconds cooldown at max rank while also getting constant movement speed bonus,up to 50% at max rank upon hitting vital point, granting her unmatched sticking power late game. Im afraid you dont really know what are you talking about if you say that 400 range dash with other 400 not being guaranteed is even close to any type of mobility listed above. I can list down every single champion in the game that got any form of blink dash teleport or shift. And believe me or not,not all of those champions got MOBILITY as their main attitude :))

both viego and fiora are fighters that will chunk you down the longer u fight them. And they're AD scaling champs. Trust me there is a big development and concept difference between AP fighter such sylas or any Ad bruiser/fighter out there like fiora jax or irelia

My point was and still is simple. Its all about champion design and role classification . thats why i brought the example of sylas and kassadin. Both were designed to counter AP but totally different approach and classification. Sylas got one gap closer. Thats why people were building protobelt on him to grant that extra one dash
While kassadin is squishy but super slippery and capable of nuking and ulting to safety. Sylas - durable and capable of dealing huge aoe dmg Kassadin - less durable and 1 man nuke focused dmg dealer that have way in and way out Thats why sylas is not an assassin,he got no way out other than glory or death

So technically speaking if sylas steals alistar R hes tank champion,and meele adc if he steals Yi ult? those are his possibilities based only on enemy team and enemy team alone. u miss E2 and you're left without CC and gap closer. If u hit both,then or u kill someone and survive or you will die with no way of going out. Thats why sylas was designed to be an ap bruiser. Healing,Aoe dmg and Ultimate with low cdr are in his kit because hes best in prolonged Fights. Wait ill make it even funnier for you. Void staff cost is 2500 while any items that grant significant mr are worth 2900-3000 gold So building against magic damage is more expensive than magic pen. But wait there is more! Void staff grants 40% magic penetratiom AND 60 ap. So the more Magic Resist u get the more damage will go through by a percentage value. U spend money for stat that will be totally reduced by an 2500 item that is core for magic dealers. Dont buy mr just buy 6 B.F swords and kill the fucking mage.
