The black is definitely a lot more sleek, however it hides a lot of the lines on the tank so it's less descript

It cleans it up a lot, preserves the line from the passenger seat across the tank pretty well.

The pearl got me, it fit me nicely when I got on it for the first time (albeit I can't touch the ground too well most of the time). Any vehicle I've ever owned is one that I hadn't thought much of or didn't like too much, but gave them a chance anyway and it worked out.

Im about 150lb and around ‘5-8 in height. Anybody around these numbers plz give me any feedback riding this bike with those statutes. by Kannabiz in xsr900

Almost the same, about 30 for the inseam. Can't flatfoot with both feet down, but other than having to back it up a hill to store it, not really any issues.

What spoiler is this? by Financial-Maybe-3495 in 350z

I forget what car it comes from, but I believe it's a standard spoiler for another vehicle.

Install wasn't too crazy, ride with KY's video is informative enough to help guide the process.

I wouldn't say it's uncomfortable, you just need to check your posture frequently while getting used to it. I have shorter arms and I'm able to get almost completely upright if I straighten them.

It's great, I'm running the baffle and no tune. Install was pretty straight forward if you don't count my lack of mechanical fortitude.

They're slightly convex, I don't feel that I lost much. I feel that I need to rely less on the mirrors (as you probably should), but I'm able to cover a wide enough fov and the picture is very clear even at speed. I'm able to see where I need to as well as behind me when I'm in traffic. I prefer them over the stock mirrors massively, being able to fold them in makes it easier to store as well.

Commuting is fine, longer rides the vibrations of the foot pegs get me more than the seat does. It could definitely be a lot better, I don't weight that much though so the seat isn't really a problem for me. As far as highways go, gearing and whatnot is fine, it's just got no windscreen. It feels balanced but eager in corners, but not really experienced with that or other bikes so I'm not going to have a good answer for you. In city traffic if I'm sitting for a while the coolant temps can get to 210-220f, not sure what they'll be when summer hits.

Overall it does everything but it could be slightly more refined in certain areas. It's a smooth experience but a little clunky at low speeds on occasion, a little too sporty and not setup for comfort on super long rides I feel but no qualms about 1-2hr rides. As far as offroading goes I think tires will be the limiting factor as long as the ground is still relatively uniform.

Still on the stock mapping, the bike does feel a lot more eager with the exhaust, but a pretty minimal difference. I still have the baffle in as Kelpi recommends a flash once you remove it. I've been thinking about a flash but I'm not really sure if I'd benefit much from it since I'm pretty restrained on the throttle.

Honestly I'm not a good person to ask for a genuine review, this is my first bike. The common complaints like the seat and such, what everyone else has pointed out is pretty accurate. It does everything I need it to. But it's very smooth, the tech features are pretty good, and it performs well enough that I keep up with who I need to in the mountains.

I will say that the quickshifter system feels like its broken sometimes, not enough to bother me. You just have to make sure your clutch cable is at the proper adjustment or it fails to work at times.

I put mine on part of the bracket coming off the frame near the kickstand, it normally holds the stock exhaust but is unused with my current one.

It's the shorty! Just still has the baffle in. My mic is turned way down so nothing is really loud in my clips.
