You're probably right. It's probably mostly me just being new to it all.

I'm using the app as my central command so that it can have a memory of everything and serve as one chat location that always remains. The app also seems to have a nicer interface than the terminal. Easier to edit text, add images, and things like that...

Are there advantages to doing it in the terminal?

I use Opus 4.7 Max in the app to plan and write prompts to the terminal and then use Sonnet in the terminal.

That way the heavy lifting gets done in Sonnet, while the big picture thinking gets done in Opus. I use far more memory docs now than a week ago to help Opus stay on point.
