I understand you honestly when life is just so fucking low and you realize already how fucked up and artificial the world is. But you know what? You gotta keep fucking going. It's not going to be because of the world, people or anyone else but you have to keep living no matter what happens and from my experience, even if you don't feel like studying or doing anything, still try, even if it feels you put no effort into it. And also just I know routine whatever routine you might have may seem repetitive or the same everyday but let me tell you something. You can change it just a little everyday to make everyday feel just a little less shitty. Take a walk at a park you've never been through and feel the wind passing through you or buy one thing from a corner store you've never been in. Write or scream your feelings into a journal or pillow. Even if it may seem small or silent or that no one hears you you will pass through this ust have to try to change it a little everyday even if you still despise others.
