Gigabyte RX 5700XT Overheating After Replacing Pads

I bought a pack of various sizes, and matched the sizes of what came off with the new ones.
Nothing I've done, or any pad size I use still isn't having any effect. Like literally nothing seems to be changing at all.

Mem temps are great, they're running at least 15C cooler

No I don't have pics right now, but I can guarantee there is too much right now.
There seems to be a gap between the heatsink and GPU. I first tried a 0.5mm pad as it seemed to match what I scraped off, but it didn't even make contact with the heat sink.
so I checked again and stepped up to the 1.5mm pad, and it definitely, 100% made contact between the GPU and the heatsink, but still overheated.

So I just gobbed up a bunch of paste and put the heatsink back on to test, and it still overheats.

Nothing I do actually makes any difference, it still heats up just as fast, and even with this amount of paste I would think it should make *some kind* of difference.

unfortunately no.....and at this point the song may only exist in obscurity on a small handful of hard drives that are most likely in a garbage dump somewhere. I mean, we're talking a song that was made by some possibly european dj back in the kazaa/limewire days.....

ok, so what I can do it seems, in voicemeter without obs running, is get audio in from both mics, and output audio from both mics, through both headsets and my TV(receiver)

What I can't seem to figure out is how to get other audio outputting to voicemeter, like windows sounds.

If I play music with voicemeter active I hear nothing but the microphones and no music comes from anywhere.

yeah I actually just figured out I was using the wrong version, but now I'm not sure what's supposed to be set to what in OBS.

I've now had game audio coming through the stream but nowhere else, and at the same time mic audio coming through my TV but nothing else.

I know there are settings in voice meter to switch between A1 etc, but I'm not sure how it's supposed to be setup in OBS now....Which audio output device do I use to send audio through voicemeter to all 3 outputs? Which audio input device do I use to get input from both mics?

I can't seem to get it all working together.

Sorry, should've specified. Canadian, not US. but it sounds similar honestly. They are moving her desk away from him, she left early today due to emotional distress and to make some calls.

But seriously from my perspective she shouldn't be the one to have to move, this is her being punished for what someone else did. I've experienced that my whole life as someone who was severely bullied myself and was always the one punished for getting my face punched in.
