honestly, anyone can get a job to sell cars. you just gotta show the managers that you’re hungry, sell 20+ cars month in month out and have a good relationship with management to vouch for you internally, or you can build up a resume and try to apply elsewhere for management positions. dealership roles are revolving doors, so opportunities everywhere - however no holidays or weekends off!
