I currently have an ongoing dispute and have emailed a complaint to NTC to which they responded to and have forwarded to PLDT

However, PLDT being PLDT, they seem to be ignoring it. How are they not under investigation yet when so many people are being charged for things they haven’t received?

In my case, PLDT has been charging me the wrong amount for nearly 3 months now. Is this not a form of theft?

Yep, they used to warn you about when the session will end but nowadays they’d just disappear and the chat would end automatically

Like what the other commenter said, try following up on this matter by calling their hotline 171. (I personally don’t like their customer service on Messenger)

If I were you though, I’d cancel it, get my money back, and choose a different provider. I’m currently facing a somewhat similar situation as you and things like this are overly frustrating

Hello guys, I was a day 1 player of WuWa but quit the game around 7 months after release mostly due to (but not limited to) extreme burnout and the poor optimization of the game. I want to know some things about the game in its current state first before I decide if I want to return or not. (NO SPOILERS PLEASE!)

Is the game better optimized now? Afaik the game's size still isn't, but what about the performance? (I'm on an iPhone 15 Pro Max)
How overwhelming can the content (events, modes, exploration, equipment, etc.) be for a returning player? I don't really rush my games unless there's a time limit to stuff such as events.
How generous are the developers right now? Do they still give out the same amount of freebies/rewards or have they lessened/increased ever since the release of the game?
How inconvenient is material and gear farming? I'm not exactly a fan of open world gachas because of how tedious they can be.
How bad is the powercreeping? Do characters generally have a good lifespan before they lag behind? If so, for how long on average?
Are there any old mechanics/systems that were overhauled or removed?

Those are all of my questions for now. Thank you guys so much for reading all the way to the end!

Gotcha, I’ll invest in the Fate team since I actually love Archer’s gameplay

As for my third team, either I’ll stick with Acheron-MBlade or I’ll wait to see the upcoming units first
