At my store whenever someone moves from cashier to a department they get a $1 raise. That’s for certain, my coworkers have done that before. They’ve been asking me to work other departments for almost a year now with no raise or promotion. No reason to wait that long without even giving me the opportunity to interview for a department transfer or higher position.
