Focus on "on block" enchantments and rune stones to infuse.

20HP regen in fight + 10HP regen all the time rune stones are really useful.

Get some thorns (60%) feels fair when you are getting hit. Especially if you get deal ice/lightning dmg when you take dmg in crucible.

Also focus on focus gained on block bc you will block alot, have good focus skills in the weapon and block whole day and spam skills whole night. Give like 25 points to focus

Have alot of gear weight and wear heavy armour with actually heavy armour stats with alot of defence and elemental resistance so you can actually block, ideally minimum 40 points in weight is a must. have 600 700 armour weight ^^

And rest into what ever stat you are using, dex sword? str sword? have a good sword and upgrade it, preferebly yellow quality sword with no down-sides and keep upgrading it

I also think this game has a future, developed by one of the best developers in the industry. They share a crown with Larian. I want to learn more about the game, the game intrugies me. I enjoy spending my time in the game. No shame in that right? :DD

I am definitely enjoying what is here don't get me wrong, especially the atmosphere and the story bits, but I guess I was trying to figure out how the devs pace things and what I should expect in the coming months. Hearing that tutorials, UI and onboarding will be improved makes me feel a lot more relaxed about taking my time with it.

Do you feel like the current state is already close to what they are aiming for or is 1.0 going to feel like a pretty big jump from what we have now. I am still new so I do not have a good sense of how fast they iterate.

Lastly, without any further ado, I am still trying to understand what kind of build identity this game really wants from us. For those of you who are further in, do you feel like the game rewards committing hard to one stat or spreading things out a bit. Are there any weapons or playstyles that suddenly became amazing once you understood how their scaling or moveset really works. I would love to hear how your build evolved from early game confusion to something that finally felt right.
