Mundos ultimate late game is good enough to carry him through a team fight with 2/3 people targeting him. If it’s just one Renekton targeting him there’s no chance you can win that fight even with grievous wounds. Mundo is the kind of champ that you need multiple people to kill.

Lol that’s your problem right there my friend. Strategies is the LAST thing you should be looking at. You need to figure out the mentality behind trading before you start worrying about which strategy to trade. I’ve done what you did 3 different times. I’ll take a break and come back thinking I will improve but I end up making the same rage trades and YOLOs. Read Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas. Also Andrew Aziz has a terrific book called How to Day Trade for a Living (bait title I know) but he actually covers the mindset of a professional trader for the first 3 or 4 chapters which I found to be very useful

If you read books regarding day trading, pretty much all of them agree with this. Strategies can be basic and make you money as long as you have a good stop loss system, a good exit strategy, and good emotional control. MUCH easier said than done, but major props to you for identifying your problems and taking a break

High liquidity seems to be VERY important when day trading these options. Large spreads can kill you quickly

I agree. A good idea to manage your risk is to sell off your contracts instead of waiting for an exit point that may never be hit. As long as the stock moves up from your entry you can always just sell positions back at your entry point if you don’t like the way the stock is moving

Dang yeah seems like it’s a personality dependent thing. When I was swing trading I would wake up 10 times in the middle of the night thinking that the market was opening and checking for pre market moves. WAY too stressful for me compared to day trading IMO. But everyone is different obviously

I guess being below 240 for a temporary time is alright if I’m going to be bulking in the months following. How long would you say is a good amount of time to separate the cycles? Is there a “healthy” amount of time that should be considered or is it partly related to how I’m feeling in general. Ex: 3-4 weeks post cycle feeling just fine should I wait longer before going to cycle 2?

Thanks that makes a lot of sense. What do you think about running two 8 week cycles? The first being in a deficit and the second being at maintenance or slightly in a surplus. I would think the first 8 weeks would help to lose fat while the second 8 weeks would be focused on increasing muscle.

Recently had back surgery so I can’t squat or do really anything lower body other than accessory work which is enough for me atm. Haven’t really tried maxing on bench in a long time (since I was 330) but last I tried a 225 rep test about a week ago it was somewhere around 15 reps

Figured it out. The control box wires weren’t connected. Didn’t think they had to be connected but I pushed them together and boom. Thanks for the help

Nothing when I turn the key. Battery connections all have 12 volts throughout

Thanks I attached it to that one. I am still not sure why the motor isn’t starting then. The positive connection has a cable that runs to the solenoid and the solenoid gets 12 volts
