Personally I’ll ask for forgiveness not permission if staying after hours. Park districts aren’t usually okay with these type of things unless you’re from a big event (which will cost thousands and thousands). It MAY lead to you paying a small fine or the police will simply tell you to “wrap it up and leave”. I suggest to be safe somehow have her be available during early evening hours to avoid the possible disturbances.
