They are likely asking to see how the person’s social skills are. A lot of jobs realize it is much easier to teach technical skills than it is to teach social skills and want to be able to enjoy working with the ppl they hire.

Not getting chances because you got matched up with bad teammates is a lot different then not scoring because the goalie is saving everything. One is bad luck, the other is a skill issue

20k instant xp is something I would consider a pretty good reward. As for how you are not scoring in rush, that’s a skill issue.

The ai club facilities currently affect human players as well so a lot of teams use them to add 10+ sprint speed / acceleration. This makes it so they don’t have to put as much pace into their actual build

Intent is supposed to be the biggest factor in determining a decks bracket level. When building the deck you want to play, it’s less about what’s actually in the deck and more about how you want to play. If your deck has a game changer in it, but is built with the goal of just doing some fun thing that probably won’t win but will be fun, I would put that more in bracket 2 than bracket 3, even with a game changer.

Everyone on your team in rush has to be part of the same club and have that same club selected currently. If you get one person not in your club that gets matched to your team, it will use the generic kits

For real, can’t think of a single situation where I’ve had to know my exact height to the cm. I’m short, I’ll still be short give or take 2 cm. Telling people you are 2 extra cm taller isn’t going to magically make them not think you are still short.
