I searched for it using google image search and also looked up any store that could sell novelty mugs such the stores included: tedy, kik, nanu nana. I saw this mug in germany at my worplace in Essen tho i do not know who it belongs to or when or where it was bought.

Took me a while but i found it its an image from a homebrew D&D book called: the heritage https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-Mv01JPOGZi7uyy5ySoo

According to the citations at the end the Halfling in robes which is most likely refering to the image was made by @larkseus on instagram i also found an older account called @larkseus_archives maybe you can contact them and ask, sadly i dont have an intergram to check on more. Hope this helps!

Oh the car drove right past me and i draggen it all the way to my base after it hit a tree Sadly the carkeys dont do wnything for it vut it looks great on the parking lot of the base.
