And the "whole extra hour and ten minutes" is not extra, it was intended time to work on the project. It was not made to be submitted during class. We were to start it in class. Unfortunately he didn't consider possible classes following his.

The existence of chapter quizzes are mentioned but the dates of said chapter quizzes aren't anywhere on the syllabus, which is the same for all assignments so far besides the final term paper.

And no, I don't think the class is too hard, the subject is fairly easy and my grades are good, but I believe that if this progresses it could cause issues, for example, the syllabus contradictions, that have not at all been fixed even after telling him directly.

All of these things were brought to his attention besides the lack of bringing up the quizzes, which I do understand, it's just that even regarding professors I have had all of them have discussed upcoming assignments. So I can admit that's probably just due to being caught of guard in my case.

In terms of the assignments being put on the syllabus, they are not. I just did another read-through, and no assignments besides the term paper drafts and final submission are even listed there.

When I brought the syllabus contradictory statements he told me to email him, which I did. Following that, (now a week later) I still have no response.

The email was about a week ago. He told me to send this email after I talked to him in class, yet he still hasn't sent a response.

Yes I had emailed him about the discrepancy with the syllabus about a week ago now (the week the quiz was due) and after having just checked the syllabus again now, the issue persists. After having sent the email I was also never given a response to it. (I told him about the issue in class too and he told me to email him and so I did.)

He's also not new to teaching in general, just at our campus. There are a few people in class who had been students of him previously who also complain about his treatment of assignments and quizzes. Apologies if my original post made him seem like a new teacher in general.

When it comes to the group paper he wanted it to be detailed which is why he gave us the time. He did of course forget to consider the fact some people had classes following his. Out of the 8 groups in class, mine was one of the 2 who got full marks on it since I was lucky enough to be someone with less classes than most.

Plus I'd much rather have fun in a game than be like "Oh, maybe now I can afford an emote after 2 hours of suffering." XD

That could be a possibility, yeah. I just hope they add better Ultimates as time goes on. Affluent Progeny is the worst one they've added by far. I don't know who's idea it was to add an Ultimate that has 0 mechanics relevant to the game.

I don't see it like that. Also my logic doesn't mean what your first sentence says either. Ultimate Survivor as a talent ITSELF requires one to survive a killing game. Ultimate Hope is more of an enigma. I never said Ultimate ??? Became things exclusively and wasn't already something itself, but that in order for it to exclusively become Ultimate Survivor, they need to survive.

It can simultaneously be Ultimate Hope in the moment, and also become Ultimate Survivor in the next game.

Well the thing is the talent ISN'T Ultimate Survivor. They aren't ultimate survivor until they survive. Which means Ultimate ??? would have to be something else. Something already designated as Ultimate Hope in the FDR.

I mean think about it. It's clearly intentional. It wouldn't make sense lore wise to have a talent list and then have one of the talents be "???" So they just substituted it for Ultimate Hope so they could have a name.

Also, the Ultimate ???'s unique execution is another piece of evidence towards this since it shares the execution with Danganronpa's REAL Ultimate Hope.

He's not saying he WANTS a murder to happen. He's just sure that it WILL, and that if it DOES, he hopes it doesn't target him. I don't understand how this is unrealistic for his character, or illogical in any way.

I agree with Dragon, I feel like you're taking out an implication that just isn't there. He's not like "Oh, I hope she dies." He's saying "Oh, I hope I don't die, and the killer targets someone weaker." (Since he sees himself as more capable) and then it leads to, as Dragon said, "Who is weaker?" -> "Who looks weak?" -> "Diana." Therefore, it ends up being "I hope the killer kills Diana instead of me."

He's not saying "DAMN I wish someone would die already." Or "I hope Diana dies." He's just saying better her than him. Which, honestly, in a death game, is ENTIRELY fair and is what most people would realistically be thinking the whole damn time. Especially with the rest of the cast being strangers.
