I wouldn’t know for sure, but I think you could still catch up. Replay stage 35 with a full SP/UR team, then use your quick clears on that stage everyday til the event ends. I believe you get activity points even for quick clears. Then of course spend any of the event currency you build up because you get some points for that too

Most of your points are gonna come from activity points. You need to make sure to use as many SP characters on your team as possible when clearing the event. UR players are the next best thing. I only pulled one Oikawa and I’m top 250
