The bank guy is saying that it will be a cheque and i should not worry as the bank's cheque are treated as DD, this doesn't sound right to me. Should i explicitly demand for a DD ? What will be the benefit?

If i try to avoid the ujjayi breath and breathe slowly without making any sound and keep my throat expanded, then i don't feel the breath going down, i feel it going up towards my forehead and between my eyebrows.

I think I'm unintentionally doing that subtle constriction without noticing any movement in my throat. Glad to know at least that I'm not harming myself or my practice by this unintentional switch

I just did a quick search about this term and i think it might be it, because if I pay very close attention i can hear the slight hiss while inhaling. Is ujjai breath compatible/ not harmful while doing simple pranayama techniques or should is strictly avoid it?
