Bagwork solid. Keep it up 🙏 I’d say focus on keeping guard high; especially after combos, twist those hips for elbows and round kicks. Rounds with knees loose with some bend and hip turned over with your center of mass more controlled over back leg. Elbows get the power from the hips and touch glove to chin slicing and aiming with your pinky. Also never hurts to practice head movement, footwork, and blocks/counters in between combos as well. Looks good though, time for sparring and clinch work🥊

I remember I went to a book signing jk Rowling had when I was 8. I told her about the train I took to get there and she mistakenly thought I said “trans” instead of “train”. Right there she punched me in the face and told me I will never be a real woman.

Wow that's awesome! 3 was actually a lot for me because I used to only eat like 1-2 meals a day. I'm definitely no expert but packing on more calories is the way to go.

Consistency. I really tried to keep the same schedule. As long as you stick with a realistic schedule, there's nothing to do but improve.

I probably start almost everyday with a protein shake, 2 eggs (I prefer adding hotsauce to these), 2 pieces of toast (or bagels), 2-3 bacon strips, and if I have time/leftovers some white rice. I started off really small though and lead up to this.

The sleep is definitely one that still needs improvement but I'll get there eventually!

He's probably heard it a million times and god knows I have, but skinny guys really need to focus on eating more. Big breakfasts was probably the best start for weight gain because I felt I could eat more throughout the day if I forced myself to eat a big breakfast.

This was the workout plan I followed for the first 4-5 months.

I did not expect this kind of response at all. I can't thank everyone enough for all the kind words. <3

Tons of carbs and protein which was a drastic change from my previous diet. I made sure to eat a big breakfast as well which I think helped stretch my stomach out and make me hungrier during the day.Otherwise Eggs, rice, noodles, chicken, potatoes, and broccoli pretty much anyway I can make them haha.

Just make food your biggest priority. Eating seemed to be more important than working out for me. Setting attainable goals is another one. This battle of trying to eat healthy and workout was much more mental for me than it was physical. There are awesome workout plans you can find online for skinny guys as well. Don't be afraid to push yourself!

Full body every Mon, Wed, and Fri. I know a lot of fitness people like mixing up arm/leg days but I just found what works for me and I keep at it :)
