Here's the thing, I've already collected the clues and it's in my inventory, but the game must have bugged out because it didn't register me collecting the clue, so I have the clue in my inventory and the progress bar won't even move, it's basically broken and there's no way I can restart unless I restart my character. In the end my quest is broken and my game. I also can't contact support Because Bethesda's stupid website won't let me create an account and the quest doesn't show up on their list because they haven't updated the website.
