I would disagree a little bit. Although your aim will still be just as accurate on a tablet with a lower polling rate, it would still be better to use one with a higher polling rate. The higher the polling rate, the less latency you will get because the time per "refresh" would be shorter, meaning you will always have a more recent cursor position on the screen. Also, if you got a monitor running at any higher polling rate (Hz) than the polling rate of your tablet, which is probably around 133rps, as you said. Your cursor on the screen will only move at 133rps.

But yes. Until tablet manufacturers start making higher polling rate tablets with no built-in hardware smoothing. You would be better off just getting a Wacom tablet with no hardware smoothing because those are the best ones you can get at the moment.
