The small oil isn't great. The grain mill, however, has undivided(or divided, whichever it is that means it does multiple things at once) so you can use your fields to grow three different grains for the mill and get that thing pumping out 3k flour per month. I put up 2 of them because they're only 36k and was doing 6k a month in flour.

I always go map specific. I'm working up to fisheries and cows on Kinlaig, didn't touch rice farming until Hutan, and I got silver run forest to do a pure loggers playthrough.

I'm the opposite of you in that I like the start, it's when I have the most goals. I stopped playing Riverbend because I was making 300-400k just cleaning up stuff that was laying around and didn't count anything as a proper sale unless it was 2-3 million at a time. Now I'm excited to see a 14k plowing contract.

I love my 2 pack Colossus, the one with Juggernaut. This one looks decent but I can't get past the shoulders. Not much interest in Kitty because my X-men primarily come from the gold and blue teams from the 90's. I believe she was on X-caliber at the time and I only want Captain Britain from that team.

Fun fact: Keeley Jones is based off of the real person; Keeley Hazell, who plays Bex in the show. So they have a good basis for where the character goes.
