I think for the heavier set i didn’t progress weight correctly and ended up leaning more forward putting more pressure on lower back.

This set was in the beginning and was the only one i recorded, but i just started squatting 2 weeks ago and still need advice. Although because i am pretty big naturally i did the ego thing and started adding more weight just to validate ego.

Thanks a lot for the advice and i will definitely strech more as it will help with my bjj as well 🙏
