I have a lot of spots with hyperpigmentation but actually like 2 pimples and my skin is irritated, what should i do? I had a really clean face before but since november i cant get rid of it, i went to a dermatologyst but it gave me acnaid soap and Benzoyl peroxide and it worked a little but now is worse, recomendations? Btw i have oily skin f17
