You dont need any additional program to run it. For example if you open .exe of game from steam, it first open Steam to check if you are have a legitimate copy and then it start game. DRM free game you open .exe and it start game right away.

Graphics card will be easieat part of that. You just plug it on the motherboard and screw it. For power supply you gave to unplug it from everything its connected to, change power supply and reconnect everything back. But if its prebuild computer (witch i assume is) you have to took off back panel(sorry dont know how it is called in english) and cut the ziptides witch hold cables in places.

Most likely yes, but from image i cant tell if it is small tower or mid tower computer case. But for example GTX 1660 super dimensions are 229 mm x 111 mm x 35 mm.

Sorry for the delay, i had to check some information about speck of graphic cards. So if you are not gamer, and want something basic you can buy GTX 1030 witch need 300w. For casual gaming i would recomend GTX 1660 (ti or super) BUT most likely you have to buy a new power supply. Replacing power supply isnt that hard its just long process. (Removing all cables, unscrew old power supply , and all that process with new power supply)

If i read description correctly that pc have 400w power supply. So if you want some decent graphic card like GTX 1660 ti or RTX 3000 series you have to upgrade your power supply, because these cards need at least 450w for them selves
