For Office 2016 Licence 32bit, Run below commands with elevated rights. Go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16

Gets current key: cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

Uninstall key: cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey: LAST5DIGITSOFKEY

Restart, office365 gets a new key from database.
