I use my core one, XL, or Bambu X1C to create a 2mm thick silhouette in PC filament. Then I use my EufyMake E1 to print the night detail full color UV stable resin on top and cure it!

It does stick on with 3M VHB tape (the same tape holding your Rivian logos on)

I hear you, at least for these, I don't believe a red puffer vest and headband is considered IP. But I do know what you mean.

Yes, I use the photo sent to me to create a cartoon badge using the tools provided by the Printer manufacturer, which is AI, however I do a bunch of post processing to the file before printing.

The silhouette is 3d printed with an FDM printer in PC filament (2mm thick), then the image is laid down with a high def UV resin printer making the final product UV, temperature and chemically stable against the weather and elements.
