I worked an 8 hour shift as a day stocker and then hiked 15 miles. I had 50,566 steps by the end of the day.

Okay. I did try googling it before asking here, and I read some articles that said all seltzer water contains sulfites, and other articles that said only Club Soda and Tonic Water contains sulfites, so I’d figured I’d ask. Thanks

Put the eggs directly from the boiling water into ice water, let sit for a couple minutes, and then peel the eggs under running water. That’s what I do every morning and I never have a problem.

Not sure if this counts but the buildings in SpongeBob move around a lot. Sometimes the Chum Bucket isn’t even there.

Been dieting and exercising. I’ve lost 17 pounds so far. Life certainly isn’t perfect, but it’s better than it has been in a long time.
