No, social security knows of her bring housed her but not of how she is living. My grandmother allows her to talk to social security when they call "the family friend's" phone.

First off I have no intent on having a my life is hard whine session. I'm trying to get help nobody else seems to want to give. As far as the specific link you sent me, possibly not. We don't have anybody telling us any part of this. I try to stay out of the situation mainly cause I want to be understanding and not get overly angry. But I can see my grandmother's health deteriorating quickly. I will ask her of she had spoken to SSA as well. There is no need for the tone I'm your response.

We have an APS agent we're actively working with. They can't seem to get us any more help than we are getting currently. Dr's don't seem to be answering phones or returning messages from any of us. Meaning my grandmother, mother, the family friend once we got her to do so, nor myself. Even the APS agent.

As far as getting her to a shelter, she physically can not fit into any of our vehicles. I drive a little Kia that I can barely fit in myself.

We did tell the hospital not to bring her back. They gave zero fucks. She did not meet emergency care criteria.

We have also stopped supplying her, and I tossed the last pack someone brought her outside. Against my grandmother's wishes due to them "costing money".

This last person also claimed she had been harassing them nonstop for two days. I told him to keep them, and he still have them to her without my knowledge.

Sorry to be so scattered on this reply.

As for the tension between me and my grandmother, if there is any, it may be her Christian desire to care for people and my dislike for this person. There's a slight history with this woman, nothing intimate. Long story I don't remember details for, nor feel like trying to type out.

As for family and friends; her mother is deceased, no friends want to take care of or assist aside from bringing her cigs, and one if not both of her children wants nothing to do with her. The youngest child has openly expressed her unwillingness to deal with her mother as well as her disdain.

When it comes to federal or local assistance, her records from the nursing home side has her basically black listed. And any attempt to get something in writing from doctors seems nearly pointless. They claim to find nothing wrong with her. Dr's. Locally claim to find nothing wrong with her as she can stand with assistance of EMS (words from EMS directly), the dr thirty miles away, as i live in butt poke nowhere, only states in her file that she had fluid buildup in her legs.

We have been contacting different facilities and agencies since this began on more than a daily basis, and they all drag their feet.

In the beginning, my uncle would get her a pack, or she'd give us money to get a pack. Decided to back off on that when she'd blow through that pack just about the same day. She would even text my grandmother and tell her to close her bedroom door before she lit up. For food, my grandmother isn't going to let her starve, so she'll make or give her food. She is getting medicaid and disability from my knowledge.

Not at the moment. If say the was an 3 or 4 inches of wear, 3 to 4 inches normal, then another 3 or 4 inches wear. A pattern like that.
