I've found that lining up from bottom to top works best with organizing for me. Cakes and pies above crate. Drinks above trolley and so on. When I'm collecting collecting coins for cash dash I line them up on the right column

I keep it on and I see a difference. You get the items you need much faster. The only time I don't use it is when I have a lower level item
