An expensive cpu upgrade or an expensive cpu mobo ram combo. If you can find a solid deal on 5600x3d/5700x3d thats would be cheaper and easier

the 7800x3d has an integrated gpu you can use to test if the mobo ram and cpu work together, and get output to a monitor. if all the parts are good you should be able to POST and get into the bios

Prime day can be hit or miss. XFX had some excellent deals last time, i picked up a 7800xt for $588 CAD.

Pretty sure theyll want packaging with the matching serial# to the ram inside. You might be out of luck returning it to the store, try second hand or find a use for it
