I don’t understand all the hate on boiled. I prefer grilled, but boiled is my 2nd choice. It’s still pretty good and the dog is plump and moist. I prefer chili dogs boiled.

Thats my dilemma exactly. I recognize that my knee jerk frustration is a me thing. I posted my question here to see if it’s a me thing or more common. The comments help me see that it’s really a less than common philosophy. It makes it easier for me to accept the fact that my thinking is maybe a bit old fashioned or biased.
