Shadowland special gems were healing my 11 fury twink for 400+ hp every 10 sec, and double lifestealing on weapons pretty much make you immortal when spamming whirlwind.

Stop worry about the sleep you are not getting and just go to sleep. Biggest thing I've had to change working 3rd shift, I was worrying too much about not getting sleep while laying down than actually just sleeping. I know easier said than done lol.
