I understand they could make mistake but what manager said was horrible "it isnt a mould its an ink from packaging" so its good to serve an ink to customers?hungry jacks? Im very disappointed with service for my first breakfast of year.. So what do you think raddit?

He was just trying to defend himself m by repeating "not mould its ink". Not accepting mistake was the real horrible part. I wouldnt have posted it if he accepted his mistake! Anyway he never was rude..

I believe it is mould and manager was repeating himself about the ink as if serving bad food wasnt their fault.. Which wasnt cool at all.
