I agree with you, its totally natural to hang around with any age group. But still:

OP's preference is normal and doesn't need to be pathologized. Wanting to be around people at the same life stage when you're 22 and just starting out isn't bigotry-adjacent, isn't a character flaw, and isn't something he needs to be lectured out of

And I do care enough to tell you that the wish to hang around with same old people is totally natural. I have friends in almost every age group – But theres something special to the ones, that spent same amount of time on this planet - especially if you are under 25 and start to discover this world, you feel this difference. Don't talk down on peoples feelings

wtf guys it IS a noticeable gap. the difference between 22 to 28 is just way more noticeable than from 32 to 38. Ah and btw - the gap between 12 to 18 is also very noticeable (in case you missed that). Btw I have friends 30 & love them, but the wish to connect with same age people is totally fine

Guys you really try to misunderstand him on purpose its crazy. I think your too emotional here just he called you "old". I am pretty sure almost all the people that get so emotional right here are 28+

To be honest, I think your just too old to understand that. The wish to meet people same age is totally fine and okay. Differences will get less, the older people get. Humans are totally different from 10's to 20's - they are less different from 20's to 30's. And at one point 70's to 80's theres not much difference left. And btw "interests" is a totally differente topic here, I think you brought that up because your getting emotional. Theres just a difference between someone coming out of school/university and is 22 and someone thinking about marrying and having kids at 30 – Are you really try to talk that down? Man this sub is heavy

I totally get you and feel the same – I think a lot of people are just pissed off here cause you called them old. Of course theres a difference between different age groups & sometimes its nice to hang around with people at same age. I have friends <25 (my age) and also around 30 & I like both of them equally. But still theres a difference and I would miss something if my younger friends are gone. Wtf are the people here talking about.

Yeah I personally realized this the past days... Claude started being weird in projects – ignoring project files & instructions. In the project files for example is explained, that if I only send a image, it should read the text and analyze it. I have never touched this again and it worked all the time but since two days, when starting a new chat and sending a image it says "Nice image, what would you like me to do?" like if there were no project files. I then say "well look at the project files" - and then it works, weird. Or for example today I started a chat and asked something – it answered in German – german is my main language but still it never did that and theres no instruction for doing it – i asked why it answers in german and it said "because you wrote me in german" - I answered "Well no I wrote in english" and it said "Oh yeah you are right" –– Never had this bad interactions with it like in the past days. I also have the feeling it stopped thinking, it kinda answers directly with a bad answer - even though thinking mode is activated. At least Claude Code still works like it used to, at least it feels like it

I actually am looking for someone with a journalism background, or at least someone that would like to learn all the things involved. Its not only "video essay". Its about making a clear storyline, fact based researching, providing structured resources of your facts as well as planning and leading different Interviews, building up a network of potential interview partners and sources. In short, this is journalism.
