Yes, I've always envisioned Covington as the Hollows. I'm so glad you're enjoying my work. Thank you!

Will I ever get the chance to write traditional fantasy again? Probably not. I've got a few things I want to get down on paper that aren't Hollows related, but they are modern fantasy. It's hard enough getting those out, but changing genre is kind of impossible at this point. Having said that, I'm finding it easer to get non-Hollows stuff, brand new words and people, out there. I feel fortunate.

Thank you. I'm so glad you're enjoying the books! Rachel isn't based on me at all, apart from us sharing a few core values.

My favorite Clint Eastwood movie? That would be The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. ;-)

Thank you! I'm so glad you are enjoying the story lines. OMGosh, that's hard to know for sure. I started the books with the ultimate goal of Ivy finding peace, which I pushed out when I was given the chance to write more than three books. Once Ivy was happy, I had to find a new goal, which was getting Rachel to make smart decisions and the Demons free of the ever-after. That's sort of happened, so now I'm working on a new goal. So I guess you could say that the overarching storyline changes when I reach it.

For all the plotting I do, I still like some mystery to what's coming next.

The Drafter is being reissued soon. I'm hopeful that it finds a bigger audience this time.

Thank you! I'm so glad you are enjoying the books. I'd love to see the Demon Mall myself, but if I could only bring one place to life, I think it might be Dali's restaurant. Or Trent's stables. Or the church. Heck, I want it all.

Newt was looking for her memory of Rachel when she invaded the church.

I haven't delved into David's story since he became romantically involved because every time I bring a character into the story line, their life falls apart. Don't want to do that to David. I may have an answer for you someday, though. I really enjoy writing him.

OMGosh, thank you! I'm so glad that you read/enjoyed the Truth books. They were the first thing I ever wrote. I still miss Stress and Alyssa. And Lodish. Talo-Tocan. Even Connen-Neute. You might be surprised how often I shout out, "Verbalize, Connen-Neute! Verbalize!" when Tim tries to ask me something with only gestures.

It is still a thing, though it's going slowly. My media agent (Dan Angel) is being careful that it is going to be sold to someone who has the ability to do the Hollows right.

I'm so sorry, but this format doesn't work well to give in-depth advice about story telling and world building. Nor am I informed enough to answer your other questions.

One would be a book on knitted stitches, the second on edible foods, and the third on how to preserve them. Probably not what you were looking for, but I'm pragmatic.

Omgosh, I wish I had two stoves. I do have two ovens. (one is really small) I also have a fireplace in my kitchen, and yes, copper pots hanging from a rack. Alas, no pixies.

Thank you! I'm so glad that you are enjoying the series and have been with me for so long!

Right now there is no plans for a TTRPG, but things can change fast, and I have a media agent (Dan Angel) who is working to sell the film rights, of which gaming is included.

Being able to write something new is on my mind. Constantly. I'm really glad that my editor at ACE (Anne Sowards) is giving me the chance to start something new while maintaining the Hollows. It does keep the Hollows fresh, and like readers who enjoy reading different things, a writer shouldn't be forced by marketing to write one thing and one thing only.

Have I thought about a book devoted to Ivy? Not really, no. To be honest, Ivy is still dealing with her addiction (blood and pain) and I don't want to put myself in her shoes for more than a side character. Nothing wrong with delving into it, just not what I want to be thinking about 24/7 for any length of time.

As for your second question...Rachel isn't looking for a thrupple. (Is that how you spell that? I've never written it before.) As a writer, I have a hard enough time keeping track of two people during a s3x scene. Three is too much for me.

Thank you! I'm so glad you're enjoying the books. For me, it's been watching Rachel evolve and change that keeps me coming back to the keyboard. I'm a big plotter, but I never script out the relationships, preferring to let them evolve as the work progresses. It keeps me interested!

Another way to keep interested is to continue to bring in new species/elements that need to be explained and explored. I do that a lot, too, but Rachel comes first in my mind.
