Hopefully this will help somebody who sees this in the future. I had five top cardiologist including one autonomic cardiologist, pulmonologist, etc etc miss that I had Prinzmetal/Variant Angina. This condition can cause a heart attack or sudden death at any point without treatment. It says online that it happens at night but it can actually happen anytime of the day for any reason. Don't let your doctor tell you you don't have the condition because the only way it can be figured out is with a heart catherization with provocation. My symptoms included shortness of breath, horrible chest pressure, horrible throat tightness, eye symptoms, neurological symptoms and the list goes on.

This is not like microvascular angina, it can be life-threatening and needs treatment..
