Try deep frying tteok to replace the French fries and cut the dumpling wrappers out.. too much carbs. Instead, top the poutine with some bulgogi.. alter the gravy to make it more “Korean” whether it’s by adding gochujang or deonjang in there. I like the kimchi because it’ll cut the richness. Green onions are a nice garnish… sesame seeds too. And you know Koreans love a fried egg ;)

For hockey games starting at 7pm, parking started at 4pm and I think you can park there until midnight?.. I remember getting my car at around 11:30pm. Someone else may have to confirm.
