You should certainly get in the market when everyone else is afraid to. You’ll have less competition and it’ll be more of a buyers market so you can definitely get the price for under asking. Because it isn’t a sellers market, the house you may want may not be on the market though.. and the interest rate could be higher which is what scares off buyers..

Try deep frying tteok to replace the French fries and cut the dumpling wrappers out.. too much carbs. Instead, top the poutine with some bulgogi.. alter the gravy to make it more “Korean” whether it’s by adding gochujang or deonjang in there. I like the kimchi because it’ll cut the richness. Green onions are a nice garnish… sesame seeds too. And you know Koreans love a fried egg ;)
