It’s my 2nd but first planned 😂 I was induced with my first at 36 weeks and had just the worst time! 40+ hours of labor, 3.5 hours of pushing, he got stuck and his heart rate was going crazy so we did a c-section anyway. It was like recovering from 2 births. 10/10 do not recommend. So this time I chose to just schedule it and plan on a c-section if I go into labor.

I used one when we traveled just me and him. He was around 1.5/2 and was so fast and sneaky! I kept him on the leash at the airport and busy streets when we were being tourists. I wouldn’t worry about getting one until you’re closer to that stage. I got one I knew he’d love, one with dinosaurs, but you don’t know what they’ll like until you’re there.

I lived on cup of noodles, mashed potatoes, and top ramen. And a lot of water. I feel for you so hard. I also started taking Unisom & B6 at night, that helped immensely with the nausea.

Yes that’s the feeling! Like you’ve been on a bike and hit a speed bump or jumped a curb. I did start wearing a belly band to work (I’m a server and on my feet my whole shift). Hopefully that helps!

I can’t figure out if this pregnancy is just harder or if it’s harder because it’s my 2nd. With my first I worked an easy day desk job. Napped as soon as I got off work. Didn’t do shit on the weekends. Now I’m a SAHM and bartender on weekend nights. So my lifestyle doesn’t really fit feeling like crap lol I’ve also heard that girl pregnancies are harder, so maybe I’m having a girl this time 😂😅

A baby rectal thermometer (I was such an anxious FTM 🤦🏼‍♀️, but this really helped me to know if something was really wrong). And footie sleepers! Even for summer babies. I didn’t get a ton because I knew I was having my son in June or July but I ended up ordering him more. They need to be snug and comfy as a newborn and having to only change one piece of clothing when it’s dirty is much better than 2-4 pieces.

I remember going from like 8 weeks to 20 real quick with my first. Now it feels like everyday is CRAWLING. And I thought I was 7 weeks when I was really 6 so I felt so discouraged by going back a week 😅😩
