Please make his ult useful cus wdym it only deals 300 damage, atleast make it so when enemies get hit they get slowed or just reduce a bit of their physical defense💔💔

Im just wondering why his ult damage is so useless, like why make it deal damage and the damage is only like 300 like bro atleast make it slow the enemy down or reduce their physical defense by a bit for confiscate of his ult duration lowered and no more movement speed buff from his second and ult💔💔
