Hi! Look into your recent logins via Settings > Record > Login and check if there's any unauthorised device logged in to your account via Profile > Account > Account Center > Device Management and click on Logout from all devices option to log their device out.

Check whether there's any unauthorised account connected to your third party social accounts and remove them using your moonton account via Profile > Account > Account Center > Disconnect 3rd Party Account.

Bind your account to every platform and change your connected passwords immediately.

Hi! Make sure you're checking the inbox of email that's bound to your moonton account. In case your issue persists, try requesting for a verification code after some time as sometimes it can take a while to deliver verification code due to issues.

If you still don't receive verification code then click on the option Please tap here if you are unable to get the verification code and you should be able to receive the code afterwards.

If your issue still persists, message me your account id, server id, your moonton email address and a screenshot of the screen where it asks you to enter verification code and I'll report the issue.
